How does Designesto pricing work?
Designesto uses a credit-based subscription model. Each plan includes a set number of credits that can be used across Designesto's AI tools. You can choose a plan based on your usage and purchase additional credits when needed.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are used to generate AI outputs across Designesto tools. The number of credits required depends on the type of generation or action you perform.
What's included in each subscription plan?
All plans provide access to Designesto's AI tools and catalog. Higher plans include more credits and a higher usage allowance, along with additional benefits such as watermark-free downloads on paid plans.
Do my credits expire?
Yes. Credits are valid for the duration specified under your subscription or top-up plan and expire according to Designesto's credit expiry policy.
Can I buy additional credits anytime?
Yes. You can purchase a top-up pack whenever you need additional credits without changing your existing subscription plan.
Are taxes included?
Prices are exclusive of tax. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top of the listed INR price. USD prices exclude local taxes.
How do yearly plans and monthly credit tranches work?
Yearly plans are charged once for the paid year, while their included credits are released in monthly tranches across the year.
How do refunds work?
A yearly plan can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, less the 6% service fee. Refunds are refused once any plan credits have been used or reserved since the charge.
How do I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
You can switch from yearly to monthly only after the paid year ends. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time with a prorated refund for the unused term, and there is no credit carry.
Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription as your usage grows. You can also cancel your subscription based on the applicable cancellation terms.
